About the Role

Join our Group Corporate Development and Integration Management team and play a key role in helping us deliver LSEG's inorganic growth strategy. As a Senior Associate, Integration, you'll work alongside experienced colleagues, business leaders and teams across LSEG to help integrate acquired businesses and realise the value they bring.

We're looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of bringing organisations together. From the earliest stages of planning through to execution and value realisation, you'll help coordinate activities, build alignment across teams and support the delivery of integration priorities. You'll gain exposure to complex, high-profile transactions while developing a broad understanding of how our businesses operate.

As a team, we are passionate about creating value through successful integrations. We work closely with partners across Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, People and Commercial teams to ensure integrations are delivered effectively, risks are managed and opportunities are captured. You'll also help us continuously improve how we approach integration through the development of tools, playbooks and best practices.

In addition to integration work, you'll have opportunities to contribute to broader Corporate Development activities, including assessing potential acquisition opportunities, supporting transaction evaluation and helping us understand how strategic investments can create long-term value.

What You'll Be Doing

M&A Process Support and Integration Planning

Working as part of our Integration Management Office, you'll help develop integration strategies, target operating models and implementation plans that support successful business combinations. You'll monitor progress against key achievements, track dependencies and support governance activities, ensuring leaders have clear visibility of delivery status, priorities and decisions.

Value Creation and Synergy Tracking

We work to ensure every transaction delivers meaningful value for LSEG. In this role, you'll help identify, validate and monitor synergy opportunities, track performance against business case assumptions and develop reporting that helps partners understand progress and outcomes.

Integration Management Office Support

You'll coordinate activities across multiple business functions, helping teams stay aligned on priorities, actions, risks and decisions. You'll produce updates and presentations for senior partners while also contributing to the ongoing development of our integration playbooks, tools and methodologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Support

Successful integrations rely on positive relationships and effective communication. You'll build connections with business leaders, functional teams and acquired business partners while supporting workshops, working sessions and change initiatives that help teams navigate integration successfully.

Divestitures and Separation Activities

Where required, you'll also support carve-outs, separation activities and transition service agreement management, helping ensure business separation programmes are delivered smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in people who enjoy solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity and working collaboratively across teams. You'll bring experience supporting M&A integration programmes and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

You will likely have:

  • Experience supporting M&A integrations within an Integration Management Office (IMO), ideally within financial services, technology or a similarly complex industry.
  • Strong programme management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management and delivery tracking.
  • The ability to analyse complex information, identify meaningful insights and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Experience building relationships and working effectively with partners at different levels across an organisation.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, alongside familiarity with project management tools.
  • A commercial attitude, a collaborative approach and a genuine curiosity about M&A, integration and value creation.

Are you excited by the opportunity to help shape the success of acquisitions from strategy through to value realisation?
