Senior Associate | Investment Manager — London £90-120k base plus bonus
Westport Search is working exclusively with the London based investment arm of a significant European family office to recruit a Senior Associate / Investment Manager.
This is a rare opportunity to join a small, high calibre investment team of three, where you will have genuine visibility and direct impact from day one. This is not a role where you will be one of many, your contribution will be seen, valued and central to how the team operates.
The Role
Working across the full investment lifecycle, the successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing investments across primaries, secondaries and co-invest. You will be expected to run financial models to a high standard and critically, to present recommendations directly to the Investment Committee. The ability to construct and deliver a compelling IC paper is not a nice to have here it is a core requirement of the role.

The Candidate
We are looking for someone who has come from a well regarded PE house, pension fund or institutional investment background and who is operating at Senior Associate level or above. You will be intellectually curious, comfortable working in a lean team environment and confident presenting your views at the most senior level.
Specifically you will need:
- Experience across primaries, secondaries and co-invest
- Strong financial modelling capability
- A track record of producing and presenting IC papers
- The ability to operate effectively in a small, entrepreneurial team
- A genuine interest in the family office investment environment
