Your Role
Are you passionate about real estate investing and excited by the opportunity to drive value creation across a high-quality residential portfolio? We're looking for a Senior Associate, Real Estate Investments to join our London-based team!
In this highly visible role, you'll work closely with senior investment professionals to oversee a portfolio of residential assets, influence strategic decisions, and help deliver outstanding investment performance. This is an opportunity to take ownership of asset-level strategy, work on acquisitions and disposals, collaborate with industry-leading partners, and contribute directly to portfolio growth and long-term value creation.
Among your responsibilities:

Driving Asset Performance
- Develop and execute business plans that maximise asset value and performance.
- Lead strategic leasing initiatives, operational improvements, and capital projects.
- Partner with third-party property managers, consultants, and joint venture partners to deliver asset objectives.

Supporting Investment Decisions
- Conduct advanced financial modelling, valuation analysis, and investment underwriting.
- Review Argus and Excel models to support acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and portfolio management decisions.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and work closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout transactions.

Delivering Strategic Insights
- Analyse property performance against budgets, forecasts, and market benchmarks.
- Identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations that enhance returns and long-term value.
- Support quarterly valuations through robust financial and market analysis.

Leading Planning & Reporting
- Oversee asset budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning.
- Contribute to Annual Business Plans and portfolio strategy initiatives.
- Prepare insightful reporting for senior management and investment committees.

Staying Ahead of the Market
- Monitor market trends, leasing activity, and transaction evidence to support informed investment decisions.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable asset management strategies.

Championing ESG+R Initiatives
- Integrate sustainability and risk management objectives across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with partners and advisers to deliver ESG+R targets and regulatory requirements.
You'll need to have:
- Candidates who combine strong analytical capability with commercial judgement and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Significant experience within the real estate investment, asset management, or related property sector.
- Strong residential asset management experience, ideally complemented by investment or transactional exposure.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing asset-level strategies that drive performance and value creation.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Argus, Yardi, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Commercially minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies, lease structures, and key real estate performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working with senior decision-makers and influencing investment outcomes.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of operating independently while collaborating across teams.
- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, CFA, or progress towards qualification is advantageous.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
