Senior Associate – Investment Team (Energy Transition) | Leading Global Asset Manager
London based
Salary - £80,000 - £100,000
We are partnering with a leading global asset manager to hire a Senior Associate into their Energy Transition Investment Team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing platform investing across the energy transition landscape, including renewable energy, energy storage, decarbonisation technologies, and sustainable infrastructure. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating and executing investments that support the shift to a low-carbon economy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for energy transition investments
- Support end-to-end transaction execution across renewables, storage, and related infrastructure assets
- Conduct market and regulatory analysis across key energy transition sectors
- Assist in portfolio management, including performance monitoring and optimisation initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple regions
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure, or energy investing
- Experience or strong interest in energy transition sectors (e.g. renewables, hydrogen, storage, electrification)
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Transaction experience with demonstrable deal involvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
