Corporate Senior Associate – Guildford | 6+ PQE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate lawyer to join the Guildford office of a major law firm.
Role Description
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Venture Capital
- Spin-out Transactions
- Ongoing Company Law and Corporate Advisory Work
Key Responsibilities
- Taking responsibility for running transactions from start to finish
- Supervising junior lawyers
- Developing direct client relationships
- Playing an active role in the team’s business development—with the full support of the partners

Requirements
- Qualification: England & Wales-qualified solicitor
- Experience: At least six years’ Practice Qualified Experience (PQE)
- Background: A strong corporate background gained in private practice
- Additional Skills: Previous experience of managing transactions, supervising junior lawyers, and contributing to business development would be particularly valuable
