Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Senior Management Support Administrator

We have exciting opportunities to recruit to a part-time Senior Management Support Administrator within the Central Norfolk Locality.

Role Overview

The posts will be providing administrative and secretarial support to our Associate Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Director of Operations
  • Diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports, and audit work
  • Ensuring the workload of the management support team is prioritized to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards
  • Raising agendas, taking and processing minutes for teams (across the care group)
  • Participating in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Management
  • Diary management for team members to include appointments, meetings, and regular commitments
  • Supervising admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions, and yearly appraisals
