Exciting Opportunity: Part-Time Senior Management Support Administrator
We have exciting opportunities to recruit to a part-time Senior Management Support Administrator within the Central Norfolk Locality.
Role Overview
The posts will be providing administrative and secretarial support to our Associate Director of Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Director of Operations
- Diary management, email monitoring, minute taking, complex reports, and audit work
- Ensuring the workload of the management support team is prioritized to ensure patient safety and meet quality standards
- Raising agendas, taking and processing minutes for teams (across the care group)
- Participating in ongoing audits and service development as directed by Management
- Diary management for team members to include appointments, meetings, and regular commitments
- Supervising admin staff, completing regular monthly supervision sessions, and yearly appraisals
