The opportunity
TSR Legal are currently looking for a talented Senior Associate Construction Solicitor to join the growing construction team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of construction matters alongside experienced colleagues, supporting clients across both the public and private sectors.
You will be responsible for handling a broad range of construction projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients to deliver practical, commercial solutions. The role offers exposure to a diverse client base, including developers, contractors, consultants, funders, public sector bodies, and other organisations involved in the built environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Advising on a wide variety of non contentious construction matters across different sectors.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction documentation, including standard form and bespoke contracts.
- Supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm on complex, multidisciplinary matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives.
About You
We’re interested in hearing from qualified solicitors with at least 4 years post qualification experience who has experience in either non contentious or contentious construction law and enjoy delivering commercially focused advice.
