I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We specialise in the UK real estate market. In addition to having a strong client base of our own (which spans developers, contractors, consultants and funds), the team benefits from the firm’s specialisms in Private Wealth and Commercial Real Estate and acts for many ultra-high net worths and large institutions.

Day-to-day, we advise on the negotiation of a wide range of construction documentation, including building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees and escrow agreements. Alongside our Commercial Real Estate colleagues, we advise on the construction aspects of development agreements, funding arrangements, agreements for lease, and property transactions.

We also work closely with our Construction Disputes team to provide clients with seamless advice where issues arise on construction projects.

What is the environment?

You’ll be in an environment of happiness, collaboration and flexibility. We take our work seriously and being happy and having fun is an integral part of that. We work both in and out of the office in Marylebone depending on what’s best for our clients, our team, our business and our professional growth.

Are we right for you?

We are looking for you to bring your energy and enthusiasm to work every day and to collaborate and work with colleagues as one team, to listen and consider each other. We ask you to take responsibility for your growth and development, share your ideas and let us know what you want to achieve. We are looking for you to get involved in our responsible business activities, pro bono, community and sustainability initiatives.
