Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate, you will lead client engagements, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights. This role involves shaping Dupless’s culture, mentoring junior members, and driving new business development in cutting-edge engineering and construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements by structuring problems, defining workflows, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Analyze complex project data to generate insights, including cost modeling, contract assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with academic experts and industry leaders to integrate advanced knowledge into project outcomes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Contribute to new business development through innovative ideas and solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity to create clear, structured approaches to solving client challenges.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or PhD) in a relevant field.
- Experience with data modeling, econometric techniques, or advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as FIDIC, NEC, or other construction contract frameworks.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in cost management, contract advisory, or project management within the construction or engineering sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial and operational levers in large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple work streams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across functional teams.
