About the role

PwC's Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of our Oracle practice in Consulting. We help clients maximise the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes.

PwC is looking for Oracle HCM technical consultants with specialist Fast Formula expertise to support complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.

What your days will look like

  • Working as part of a diverse team of curious and collaborative problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
  • Supporting clients in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll transformation programmes through innovative technical solutions.
  • Designing, developing and troubleshooting Oracle Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
  • Conducting requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops to understand client business needs.
  • Supporting technical design, payroll testing, training and deployment activities.
  • Reviewing your own work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the PwC network to deliver innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Supporting post-go-live activities and resolving client issues.
  • Using feedback and reflection to build self-awareness and develop your technical expertise.

  • Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
