About The Role
PwC's Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of PwC’s high-growth Workforce Transformation practice, within Consulting. We work with clients across industries—from high-growth organisations to large multinational businesses—to help them maximise the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes.
We are currently looking for experienced Oracle Talent Management and/or Oracle Learning Cloud consultants with a strong track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team.
At PwC, we don’t just implement Oracle Cloud technology—we use it as an enabler for broader workforce transformation, helping clients improve how they develop, engage and retain their people.

What Your Days Will Look Like
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex talent, learning and workforce transformation challenges.
- Support end-to-end Oracle Talent Management and Learning Cloud implementations, from discovery through post-go-live support.
- Translate client requirements into effective Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with leading practices.
- Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analysis and process improvement across talent, performance, succession, skills and learning.
- Produce high-quality functional documentation and support configuration, testing, training and business readiness activities.
- Manage delivery, quality, risks and timelines while sharing knowledge and continually developing Oracle HCM expertise.
This Role is for You if
Mandatory Requirements
- Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
- Full lifecycle experience of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Significant Oracle Talent Management Cloud and/or Oracle Learning Cloud.
- Experience leading a functional workstream or significant area of delivery within an Oracle HCM implementation.

Demonstrable Experience
- Requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis and functional solution design.
- Oracle Talent Management and/or Learning Cloud configuration and process design.
- Translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud functionality and documenting design decisions.
- Designing and facilitating workshops, configuration reviews and playback sessions.
- Supporting testing, defect investigation and resolution.
- Defining data migration and integration requirements.
- Delivering training, knowledge transfer and post-go-live support while collaborating across functional, technical and business teams.

- Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous:

Consulting Capability
- Build trusted client relationships, communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders, and bring structure to complex challenges. Work collaboratively, manage delivery and risks effectively, challenge requirements constructively, share knowledge, and continuously develop your Oracle HCM expertise.
Desirable Qualifications
- UK National.
- Existing Security Clearance.
- Active Oracle Certification(s), particularly within Oracle Talent Management or Oracle Learning.
- Wider Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or relevant professional HR / Learning qualifications.
Additional Information
- Travel within the UK and occasionally overseas may be required.
- Hybrid working arrangements are supported.
