Are You One of Us

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategic sourcing, category management projects and procurement transformation projects
  • Analyze data to identify savings opportunities and make recommendations/actions
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to support project deliverables
  • Own and deliver projects that drive bottom-line success for our clients
  • Develop fact-based, data-driven, creative solutions for complex projects
  • Conduct successful negotiations with suppliers and stakeholders to create an optimal working relationship
  • Liaise with senior colleagues to gain client project buy-in and successfully implement
  • Understand client needs to flawlessly deliver and gain confidence at the highest levels
  • Work closely with GEP and client teams spread geographically across time zones and cultures
  • Build and shape opportunities to create intellectual capital and expertise to develop internal knowledge
  • Assist with business development activities and other firm building initiatives

What You Should Bring

  • Superior problem-solving skills, quantitative and analytical ability
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in a professional/academic/extra-curricular setting
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in written and verbal forms
  • Must be business fluent in English –additional fluency in German, French is a must
  • Strong eagerness to learn and effectively challenge oneself and others
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues in teams of varying background and cultures
  • Flexible to travel at least 25% of the time
