The team:

With in-depth experience and strong relationships across the sector, WFW lawyers have the commercial credibility to help clients achieve their objectives.
What we are looking for:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced senior associate currently working within a pedigree Banking & Finance practice and focusing on project development. The successful candidate will have experience in advising banks, private equity houses and sponsors across a range of financing, corporate, trading and commercial issues on their investments and acquisitions of energy and infrastructure-related assets.

Skills & qualifications:
- Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in England & Wales;
- 7+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE);
- Demonstrated experience in domestic and cross-border project development work
- Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English language;
- The experience and ability to operate autonomously;
- A hands-on, flexible attitude to providing high quality client service.
