We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate, Family to join Buss Murton Law in Tunbridge Wells.
💷 £60,000 to £75,000, depending on experience
📍 Tunbridge Wells
🏠 Hybrid working following probation
This is more than a caseload role. You’ll undertake high-quality private Family work while mentoring junior colleagues, building valuable client and referrer relationships, and helping to shape the future growth of our Family team.

We’re looking for a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or equivalent legal professional, typically with 8+ years’ PQE or comparable senior-level experience. You’ll bring strong technical expertise, excellent client care, and the confidence to manage complex and sensitive matters.
