Role Overview
A pivotal leadership role within our Property Management team, responsible for taking a lead role developing and managing the client relationship and management service of a diverse property portfolio consisting of mixed-use properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage a team of property managers, support staff, and onsite teams, while collaborating with the senior leadership team on storage, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Lead client relationships and manage all portfolio matters including monthly client reporting, quarterly KPI reporting, overseas compliance, H&S, and the collation of environmental data.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Client Lead to develop the client relationship, including client liaison and reporting, developing and implementing management initiatives across a nationwide portfolio.
- Ensuring consistent quality and brand standards are delivered across the portfolio.
- Ensuring on-site statutory compliance is met and records are maintained.
- Monitoring safety standards and coordinating risk mitigation strategies.
- Overseeing the quality of service and reporting delivered by all members of the team including regional surveyors.
- Management of the annual insurance renewal process and recharging of premiums.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving capital improvement planning.
- Ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention through excellent service is delivered within your team.
- Resolving escalated tenant concerns and overseeing service quality across the portfolio.
- Managing and mentoring a team of Property Management Surveyors, setting SMART objectives to ensure personal development is achieved.
- Providing thorough and accurate training to support team members through their RICS qualification.
- Assisting in the onboarding process and training of new team members.
- Assisting the Partner in any HR-related matters when they arise.

Candidate Profile
- MRICS is preferred or similarly qualified with experience of managing a similar property portfolio.
- Deliver inspirational leadership skills with experience managing and supporting a team.
- Excellent and professional communication skills with gravitas amongst clients.
- Experience in leading client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
- Demonstrate authentic passion, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong financial, business, and commercial acumen to manage budgets and resources profitably.
