You will:

• Take a lead role in key client teams, growing and developing our relationships with major institutional landlord clients
• Advise on complex and strategic asset management matters including significant leasing transactions and lease re-gears.
• Supervise junior team members undertaking landlord and tenant transactions ensuring high quality efficient and commercial advice
• Lead on investment sales and purchases of a broad range of assets for a wide range of clients.
• Assist with financing and corporate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate documents with a high level of attention to detail to ensure they meet client requirements.
• Provide commercial advice to clients to ensure that their interests are protected and that all relevant laws and regulations are adhered to at all times.

Skills and experience required:

• Strong experience advising on leasing transactions and the full range of asset management transactions.
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and excellent drafting skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability, supporting cases across a broad range of legal issues.
• Commercial focus with a knowledge of key areas of the law and able to provide clear, concise, practical advice.
• Working collaboratively with other fee earners including supervising more junior team members.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• The ability to work independently but also keen to work in a challenging, team-based environment.
