Join RBC BlueBay Asset Management as a Senior Associate within our Reporting Team in London, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional reporting solutions to our clients and business. In this permanent, full-time position, you'll manage and coordinate the delivery of high-quality reporting collateral for all pooled funds and segregated mandates, working alongside talented professionals in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • Investigate and resolve issues that arise during production of reporting collateral and proactively respond to client queries received by the team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to source, collate, and manage data required to deliver all reporting deliverables

  • Work with the broader business and affiliates of RBC BlueBay to ensure reporting requirements are met and comply with regulatory requirements
  • Utilise knowledge of proprietary and third-party systems infrastructure to build automated reporting solutions, streamline processes, and minimise operational risk
  • Continually identify areas for improvement and automation, implementing efficiencies and supporting projects that enhance client service and add value
  • Support the design, maintenance, and update of policy and procedure documents to meet audit requirements and provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-oriented tasks with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
