Oculus Legal Group has been instructed on a prestigious Senior Associate level Residential Lawyer by a market leading private practice firm in central Cheltenham.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join an experienced Residential Property team that provides high-quality conveyancing services tailored to clients' needs. In terms of approach - our client prioritises personalised attention over high volume, ensuring both manageable workloads and enjoyable client experiences.

The role will strongly appeal to a well-established Residential Conveyancer/Senior Associate with an appetite to help spearhead the development and growth of a Residential Property team in Cheltenham. Working closely with the Head of Residential Property, you will leverage your expertise and network to establish and nurture client relationships while delivering comprehensive conveyancing solutions.

What’s needed to be considered?

  • Be a 4PQE(+) Residential Property lawyer/highly experienced Residential Conveyancer
  • Broad and varied Residential Conveyancing experience
  • Willingness to contribute to the team’s marketing initiatives
  • Drafting contracts and transfer deeds, dealing with enquiries and taking the matter through to exchange and completion
  • Preparation of completion statements, stamp duty land tax forms and dealing with post-completion matters through to registration of title
  • Keeping up to date with developments in residential property law
