About the Team

The Revenue Strategy & Enablement team is the commercial nerve center of Airwallex. We work closely with sales, commercial leaders, product marketing, and global partners to:

  • Deliver world-class enablement programs
  • Create winning commercial content and training
  • Equip teams to succeed with knowledge, tools, and processes These efforts accelerate revenue growth across core products and innovations—scaling globally.

What You’ll Do

Airwallex is seeking a commercially-minded operator with expertise in enablement, new-product launches, and market entry, with a focus on accelerating EMEA growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Revenue Strategy leaders to identify high-leverage enablement initiatives tied to funnel growth.
  • Translate GTM priorities into clear, actionable programs enhancing sales execution for core and new products.
  • Design and deliver scalable onboarding, training, and enablement experiences that drive time-to-productivity.
  • Lead the development of content, AI tools, and revenue ops workflows to:
    • Enhance revenue team effectiveness
    • Boost deal velocity
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to optimize SKOs, training rhythms, and feedback loops.
  • Analyze funnel and sales data to uncover gaps, inform priorities, and guide coaching strategies.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Revenue Enablement/Strategy (or related function), ideally in Financial Services or Tech.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with commercial teams to deploy impactful programs.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and cross-functional leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multi-priorities, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Self-motivated problem-solver with a “sink-or-swim” attitude for executing high-quality outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Highspot/LMS, AI enablement).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior roles in fintech or tech scale-ups.
  • Experience working with EMEA sales teams.
  • Experience building, scaling, and measuring AI-enabled enablement programs.
  • Data-driven enablement mastery with iterative methodologies.
  • Language ability: English fluency + proficient in Spanish/Dutch/German/French (for EMEA engagement).
