Senior Associate- Employment Law - Milton Keynes - Permanent - Hybrid (fully remote considered)

The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity for a senior employment solicitor offering high quality work with a really impressive blue-chip client base, exceptional flexibility, including fully remote working for the right candidate.

The practice forms part of a global employment and labour group of 400+ lawyers advising multinational businesses on coordinated cross-border employment solutions. The UK team operates as one practice of 40+ specialists across employment, pensions and immigration, and is growing rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise major UK and multinational employers on HR advisory matters, workforce restructures, investigations, senior exits, outsourcing and DEI projects
  • Provide employment support on corporate and M&A transactions
  • Contribute to multi-jurisdiction projects with colleagues across the international network
  • Build and maintain client relationships, and contribute to business development
  • Coach and mentor junior colleagues
  • Contribute to thought leadership and external profile-building

Requirements

  • Extensive employment law knowledge, with substantial experience advising large organisations with over 5 + years PQE
  • Transactional support experience
  • Advanced drafting and legal research skills
  • Proven capability to work autonomously essential for remote or hybrid delivery
  • Experience with international clients (desirable)
  • Strong academic record
