Senior Associate, Solution Modeller

Location: London, Contract: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) About the Role

By joining our Learning Solutions team, you’ll contribute to designing and modelling complex, customised learning programmes—bridging strategy with execution, ensuring clients thrive.


About the Team

The Learning Solutions team collaborates across Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Client Success to shape tailored solutions that drive impact. This role involves solution modelling, translating high-level requirements into actionable plans while aligning operations, development, and commercial teams.


Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior colleagues to:

  • Model custom learning components for ambitious programmes, estimating effort, resources, and costs.
  • Write detailed solution briefs, liaising with internal teams (content, digital, operations) to refine accuracy and alignment.
  • Assess feasibility of proposed solutions, partnering with development and delivery stakeholders.
  • Track cost bases for solutions to inform governance, assurance, and pricing discussions.
  • Align custom components with Fitch’s product portfolio, ensuring client needs are met without compromising best practices.
  • Develop templates, briefs, and modelling artefacts to enhance consistency and agility.
  • Continuously improve solution scoping, design, and handover processes.

Practical Requirements

You’ll thrive if you have:

  • Experience building customised learning solutions (design, product, delivery, or operations).
  • Strong modelling skills, including proficiency with AI-assisted tools and Excel-based analytics.
  • Critical thinking paired with commercial acumen—balancing theory with practical, cost-conscious outcomes.
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders while driving collaborative solutions.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, hybrid team environment.
