The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Associate to join the London Tax team, a collegiate and growing department offering high quality transactional and advisory tax work across a broad range of practice areas, with excellent career development and responsibility. The firm is seeking a 5+ year PQE corporate tax lawyer experienced in all forms of corporate tax, with particular emphasis on private equity investments, capital deployment by private capital, and joint ventures, including in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Deploying excellent technical and analytical skills across legal drafting, legislative and case law interpretation, and translating technical concepts into strategic advice
- Managing projects and transactions in a proactive and organised manner, and communicating well with colleagues, clients, counterparties and other advisers
- Demonstrating enthusiasm for business development and strong interpersonal skills
- Dedicate to understanding clients' needs and priorities and delivering a first-class service
- Understanding the industries and wider business landscape in which clients operate, including the commercial challenges and opportunities they face

About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Senior level associate experience gained at an international law firm (5+ PQE only)
- Experience advising corporate and commercial clients on tax matters in a domestic and international context
- Experience advising clients in some or all of the following sectors: real estate, infrastructure, private equity, venture, credit, and fund-of-funds (including secondaries)
- Experience structuring transactions or investment funds/platforms
- Experience drafting structure papers and complex advice notes
