The EY Innovation Hive team—part of Tax Technology & Transformation—specialises in helping clients leverage advanced technology platforms to navigate these challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing Sales & Growth team, where you’ll:
- Develop expertise in transforming EY’s service delivery through technology.
- Advise global clients on both strategic and operational improvements to enhance their tax department performance, leveraging EY’s solutions.
The role allows you to thrive in a diverse, multi-skilled, and inclusive team while growing within a fast-expanding environment.
Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovative technology opportunities and advise on optimal solution implementation.

Demystifying Technology Offerings
- Conduct live technology demonstrations for internal and external stakeholders, proposing tailored solutions to address client challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather client requirements and feedback with the product team to refine and improve solutions.

Go-to-Market & Client Support
- Assist in developing go-to-market strategies, including drafting proposal materials, running training programs, software implementations, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless client experiences.

Technology Implementation Advocacy
- Support technology implementations for clients, fostering long-term advisory relationships and offering expert guidance throughout engagements.

New Business Opportunity Identification
- Collaborate across EY teams to:
- Identify new client opportunities for EY software solutions.
- Enhance and optimise technology-driven service delivery.

Managed Services & Client Transformation
- Work with internal EY tax teams to execute complicated managed services engagements, leveraging EY’s technology capabilities.
Success Factors
Required Skills & Experience
-
Minimum of 3 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting/in-house experience.

Professional experience in managing client engagements—including scoping, risk mitigation, deliverables review, and managing quality.

Strong communication skills to effective engage with both senior stakeholders and junior teams.

Proven time management and adaptability skills to operate efficiently and prioritise shifting workloads in a fast-changing landscape.

Passion for technology and eagerness to learn how tech can drive client success.

Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ideal (Preferred) Attributes
- Accounting/tax qualification (e.g., ACA, CTA, ATT).
- Prior experience in:
- Tax, technology, or business transformation roles.
- Regulatory knowledge (e.g., FATCA/CRS, corporate tax, indirect tax processes).
- Technology solution implementation support for clients.
- Creating go-to-market collateral (e.g., presentations, proposals).
