Aspire11 is a global investment platform built to connect long-duration European pension capital with exceptional growth companies around the world. With a $735m inaugural fund, Aspire11 invests through two complementary strategies: Eternals and Tribes.

Eternals

Eternals makes direct investments in late-stage, category-leading growth companies globally, typically deploying $10m–$50m into a concentrated portfolio of high-conviction investments.

The strategy invests from Series C through pre-IPO, primarily across the US and Europe. Aspire11 invests alongside leading global investors rather than competing with them, providing patient, long-term capital designed to compound with companies through multiple stages of growth, including beyond IPO.

The Eternals portfolio includes:

  • Baseten — AI infrastructure
  • Databricks — Data and AI platform
  • Docplanner — Digital healthcare
  • ElevenLabs — AI voice technology
  • Revolut — Fintech
  • VAST Data — AI infrastructure and operating systems
  • Vinted — Consumer marketplace

Tribes

Tribes backs leading early-stage venture capital managers with the potential to generate exceptional long-term returns.

Through these partnerships, Aspire11 builds relationships with the investors and ecosystems identifying the next generation of global technology leaders at inception — creating a natural connection between the Tribes and Eternals strategies.

The Role

The successful candidate will join the Eternals investment team, focusing on direct growth investments across the US and Europe.

This is a broad investing role with meaningful ownership across the full investment lifecycle: origination, evaluation, execution and portfolio engagement.

You will work closely with Aspire11's senior investors and have regular exposure to founders, management teams, advisers and co-investors. As part of a deliberately lean investment team, you will be expected to develop independent investment judgement, take ownership early and contribute beyond individual transactions to the development of Aspire11 itself.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Develop investment themes, map priority sectors and companies, and build relationships with founders, executives, advisers, bankers and co-investors.

  • Due diligence and execution

Own day-to-day diligence and transaction execution, coordinating internal and external workstreams, identifying key risks and maintaining momentum through signing and closing.

  • Investment committee

Develop clear, evidence-led investment papers and present recommendations, key assumptions, risks and sensitivities to the Investment Committee.

  • Portfolio engagement

Track company performance, support strategic initiatives and follow-on investment decisions, and contribute to long-term value creation and liquidity planning.

  • Excellent financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities, combined with the judgement to identify the issues that matter most to an investment decision.
