Our client, a globally recognised investment bank with a market-leading franchise in TMT and Infrastructure, is seeking a Senior Associate & Vice President to join their high-performing Digital Infrastructure M&A team in London.

The team sits at the intersection of two of the most active deal sectors in the market, advising on landmark transactions across data centres, fibre networks, towers, hyperscale infrastructure, edge computing and adjacent digital services. Deal flow has been exceptional, with the team consistently ranked in the top tier for European Digital Infrastructure M&A and a pipeline that continues to grow as institutional capital floods into the space.

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in originating and executing complex sell-side, buy-side and capital raise mandates for corporates, sponsors and infrastructure funds. You will take ownership of live transactions end-to-end, lead and mentor a team of Associates and Analysts, and act as a key point of client contact alongside the senior bankers. There is a clear runway to Director and beyond for the right individual, with genuine exposure to MDs and Heads of Sector from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
