Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The role will involve working closely with developers, purchasers, agents and other professional advisers, providing commercially focused legal advice and ensuring transactions progress efficiently.

At Senior Associate level, you’ll also have the opportunity to support and mentor junior colleagues, contribute to process improvements and help maintain consistently high standards across the team.

It’s a role that should suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, is comfortable managing a busy caseload and wants their experience to have an impact beyond their own files.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience in residential conveyancing, particularly newbuild
  • Strong technical knowledge of newbuild transactions
  • Experience managing a substantial caseload independently
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • A commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Experience supervising, mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous

You may already be operating at Senior Associate level, or you could be an experienced conveyancer ready to take that next step.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to develop their career within a high-performing property team.
