Senior Associate – Reputation Management
Tottenham Court Road - Up to £110,000
A brilliant boutique firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Reputation Management team in a role offering genuine breadth, autonomy, and career progression.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to take a leading role on complex, often international matters, acting as a trusted advisor to clients navigating high-stakes, sensitive issues.
You will deliver technically excellent advice, project-manage litigation and crisis response with precision, and bring exceptional rigour to file management and organisation.

- Lead on complex, high-profile reputation management and crisis response matters, often with an international dimension
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients facing critical and sensitive issues
- Project-manage litigation with precision, ensuring the highest technical standards throughout
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, supporting their development while safeguarding quality of work
- Contribute to the smooth running of the team — managing timetables, capacity, compliance, and billing best practice
- Support the wider leadership team in maintaining regulatory excellence
- Represent the firm externally, building relationships and raising its profile in the market
- Contribute to business development and knowledge-sharing initiatives, and help mentor colleagues to do the same
