Knowledge and experience in Advocacy Beneficial
Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) member with 6+ years PQE and must hold specific litigation practice rights
Qualified to Litigate (or working towards qualification)
An ADR qualification is desirable but not essential
Strong expertise in Family Law (including experience handling complex cases such as divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements)
Proven experience managing both Children Act proceedings and financial remedy cases
Proven ability to supervise, guide and develop junior members of the team
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively

Role Overview
We are looking for Senior Associate Family Solicitors based in London to join our growing team. We offer a fully remote model (as long as you are able to easily commute to Central London for client meetings). Alternatively, we offer a hybrid model at our office in Oxford.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent client care, managing sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
- Maintaining strong organisational, research, and communication standards to support effective case management and client service
- Responsible for demonstrating commercial awareness to support strategic decision-making and deliver value to clients
- Play an active role in business development by building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships. As well as contributing to networking and marketing initiatives and other profile-raising activities to support the continued growth of the Firm
- Supervise, mentor and support junior members of the team, providing technical guidance and day-to-day oversight
- Develop and strengthen supervisory and leadership skills, taking responsibility for coaching and fostering the professional development of junior colleagues
