Overview A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate or Counsel to join the highly regarded London disputes practice of a leading US law firm.
The team is deliberately lean and entrepreneurial, providing exceptional exposure to high-quality, complex matters while offering the responsibility and client access that comes with working in a compact, high-performing practice. The successful candidate will advise on a diverse range of contentious matters, including financial services and commercial litigation, insolvency disputes, fraud, offshore trusts disputes, and selected cross-border disputes.
The Role You will play a leading role on sophisticated, high-value litigation matters, working closely with partners and taking significant responsibility for client relationships, case strategy, and the day-to-day management of complex disputes.

Candidate Profile Applicants should have:
- 6+ years' post-qualification experience gained in the London legal market.
- Common law qualified lawyer
- Strong experience in commercial litigation, with litigation forming the core of your practice (rather than international arbitration).
- Experience acting for funds or investment management clients, which would be advantageous.
- Proven client-facing experience and a track record of acting as the lead associate on complex matters.
- Excellent technical ability, commercial judgment, and strong relationship management skills.
