Advising on complex, high-value tax, trust and estate matters, we partner with an established client base of HNW and UHNW individuals, families, family offices, and fiduciary service providers who rely on us for strategic, long-term guidance.
Our Team Focuses on Two Key Areas:
International Tax, Succession & Asset Structuring
- Delivers sophisticated cross-border tax and succession planning.
- Recognized for strong relationships with leading advisers across major international finance centres.
- Advises on residence and domicile planning, international family governance, wealth preservation, asset protection, and succession strategies, often involving multiple jurisdictions.
Tax & Business Wealth Planning for Entrepreneurs
- Works closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, and wealth creators.
- Helps them navigate personal tax issues, business succession, liquidity events, and long-term wealth structuring.
- Clients value our ability to provide commercially focused advice that protects and preserves wealth across generations.
What You'll Be Doing
As a senior member of the team, you will:
- Lead on complex and high-value matters, acting as a trusted adviser to an impressive client base.
- Build strong relationships with intermediaries and referral networks.
- Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues across the firm.
- Bring together specialist expertise to deliver strategic solutions for clients with sophisticated and often international requirements.

This is a role for someone who enjoys combining technical excellence with client relationship management, team leadership, and commercial thinking, whilst helping shape the future success of a leading private client practice.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an experienced private client lawyer with strong tax expertise and a genuine passion for advising high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and business owners on complex wealth and succession matters.
You'll Bring:
- Significant experience advising on private client, tax, trust, and succession planning matters.
- Strong technical capability and the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice on complex legal and tax issues.
- Experience leading substantial client matters and managing multiple stakeholders across often complex and multi-jurisdictional projects.
- The ability to build trusted adviser relationships with clients, professional contacts, and referral sources.
- A track record of developing and maintaining strong internal and external networks.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or developing junior lawyers and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of profitability, pricing, matter management, and the importance of delivering value to clients.
- A proactive approach to business development, including networking, profile raising, thought leadership, and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and win new work.
- Strong judgement, risk awareness, and an ability to balance technical excellence with commercial and practical outcomes.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with sophisticated clients, advisers, and senior stakeholders.
