AJ Chambers have been exclusively retained on this opportunity, giving you the chance to join a highly regarded regional Land & Real Estate team at an exciting stage of its growth.
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Senior Associate/Legal Director to join a large, established regional Land & Real Estate team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-value, complex, and interesting property matters, while also having the autonomy to manage your own caseload and build strong, long-term client relationships.
- You’ll play a key role within the team, with exposure to major projects, client pitches, and business development opportunities.
- You’ll also have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior lawyers, helping shape the wider team while continuing to develop your own career.

About you
- You’ll be an experienced 8+ PQE Land & Real Estate lawyer with strong technical expertise, excellent commercial judgement, and a proven ability to manage complex matters independently.
- You’ll be ambitious, client-focused, and keen to take on greater responsibility. Experience in developing client relationships, business development, and mentoring more junior lawyers would be highly valued.
