Venture Search is currently partners with a well regarded placement agent, who is looking to add either a Senior Associate or VP to its distribution team in London. This individual will work across PE, private credit and real assets mandates, with a focus on raising capital from European LPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop relationships with institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers, and other private capital allocators.
  • Conduct investor outreach, coordinate meetings, and manage follow-up throughout the fundraising process.
  • Prepare and maintain investor presentations, marketing materials, and fundraising updates.
  • Research prospective investors and develop targeted investor lists.
  • Track investor engagement, feedback, and fundraising pipeline activity.
  • Provide market intelligence on investor appetite, fundraising trends, and private markets activity.

  • At least 5 years of experience within a placement agent, in either a project management or distribution role or within an GP in a similar position.
  • Experience in liaising with new or existing investors.
  • Keen interest and understanding of the private markets landscape.
