Job Title: Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Prep Technician
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Prep Technician to join our warehouse team. You will play a key role in ensuring all AV equipment is accurately prepared, tested, and maintained to the highest standards, supporting smooth and professional delivery of rental and production projects.
Working as part of a busy and collaborative warehouse team, you will be responsible for preparing, checking, and managing AV equipment, maintaining strong quality control, and ensuring all kit is correctly processed through the warehouse system.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the AV warehouse operations
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all equipment handling and preparation
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and orderly working environment, reporting any issues immediately to the Warehouse Manager
- Learn and effectively use rental software to track jobs and interpret job sheets accurately
- Sense-check job sheets and flag any discrepancies to the relevant Project Manager or Warehouse Manager
- Ensure correct equipment is picked, allocated, cleaned, and labelled appropriately for each job or tour
- Receive returned equipment, scan, test, and correctly store all items, reporting any missing items
- Identify faulty equipment, book it into repair, and escalate issues to the Warehouse Manager
- Carry out minor equipment repairs as directed
- Assist with the preparation and staging of all rental project equipment
- Support system preparation and turnaround of returned rental assets
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections across AV and Systems Integration operations
- Maintain clear communication between warehouse, workshop, and administrative teams
- Highlight potential issues early that may impact ongoing or upcoming projects
- Coordinate equipment servicing and returns in collaboration with the administration team
- Support Systems Integration Stores in the absence of the Stores Manager, as required
- Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, including sweeping, bin emptying, and workstation upkeep
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
