One Hiring are working exclusively with a fast growing, entrepreneurial B-Corp accountancy firm that is continuing to build out it’s highest performing audit function, that’s enjoyed +30% YOY growth for 5yrs!
They’re looking for an Audit Senior Manager who is comfortable owning a portfolio and is ready for more leadership opportunities, hold trusted client relationships and will enjoy clear pathway to Director in c.2yrs.
Audit Senior Manager Client Base
The team works with start-up through to medium-sized, rapidly growing businesses, with a particular focus on technology companies (sector focus not required).
You’ll work closely with entrepreneurial businesses and their leadership teams, allowing you to act more of a trusted advisor with genuine opportunity to build relationships.
The expectation is that you’ll be comfortable managing a c.£750k book, with the longer-term target being to build towards a £1m+ portfolio. Fees are from £10k to £250k.
