💼 The Opportunity
As Audit Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within the audit team, overseeing client engagements, developing team members, and building strong client relationships.
🔑 What You’ll Be Doing:
- 📊 Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across Northern Ireland and the wider UK
- 🎯 Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
- ✅ Review work completed by Audit Seniors and Junior team members
- 🤝 Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for clients
- 🌱 Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- 👨 🏫 Mentor, coach, and develop junior colleagues
- 💡 Collaborate with Partners on advisory projects and business development initiatives
- 📈 Drive continuous improvement and help shape a positive team culture

👤 About You
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated audit professional who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality work.
✔️ Essential Requirements
- 🎓 ACA or ACCA qualified
- 📅 Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualified experience within accountancy practice
- 📚 Strong audit and accounts experience
- 💬 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 🏅 Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- 💼 Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
- 🌟 Experience coaching and developing team members
