Audit Senior
£38,000 - £42,000 | Full-time | Hybrid Working | Manchester
Ready to move beyond ticking boxes and build a career with real momentum? This Audit Senior role is ideal for an ambitious, switched-on audit professional who wants variety, responsibility, and the freedom to develop their career in a modern accountancy practice.
You'll join a growing team, work with a genuinely varied client base, and get involved in the detail rather than sitting on the sidelines. If you're ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified and ready for your next challenge, this could be a great move.
Why This Role?
Based in Manchester, you'll work alongside experienced managers and directors while taking ownership of your own assignments and client relationships. There's plenty of opportunity to get stuck in, build your technical skills, and start making your mark. You'll also have the chance to coach junior team members, develop your leadership skills, and shape where your career goes next.
What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
