As part of our NSPCC Sport team, you will help strengthen safeguarding standards across sport, supporting our strategic ambition to make children safer in and through sport while promoting a culture where children's welfare is everyone's responsibility.
About the Role
As a Senior Auditor within NSPCC Sport, you will lead and deliver safeguarding audits, consultancy and quality assurance activity across a range of sports organisations and professional clubs. You will manage complex projects, produce high-quality reports and recommendations, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and provide line management support to a team of auditors.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced safeguarding professional with a strong background in safeguarding audits or assessments within sport or physical activity environments. You will have:
- Significant direct child protection experience and a strong understanding of current safeguarding issues affecting children in sport
- Experience of managing complex consultancy or audit projects and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-management skills, including working with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Strong analytical, report-writing and quality assurance skills
- Experience of supporting, line managing or quality assuring the work of others
