Audit Senior – Bristol
An independent, well-established accountancy and advisory firm with a strong South West presence.
600+ professionals across the region, is looking to grow its Bristol Audit team.
We're after an Audit Senior who wants real variety: a broad, cross-sector client portfolio rather than a narrow niche, and the chance to work across different parts of the business as your career develops. It's a firm that genuinely invests in people, not just headcount. Based centrally in Bristol, well connected for commuting.

What the role involves
- Owning audit planning and fieldwork across a client portfolio, full end-to-end exposure to the process
- Producing accurate, fully compliant financial statements to a high standard
- Reviewing junior team members' work to make sure audit objectives are consistently hit
- Drawing on strong client knowledge to get ahead of complex or tricky issues before they become problems
- Playing an active role in developing, motivating, and mentoring the wider team

What you'll need
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Solid audit experience gained within a UK practice environment
- Good all-round project management ability, decision-making, analysis, organisation, time management
- Confident supervisory skills, comfortable coaching and motivating more junior staff
