About Us
SWAP provide a professional, cost-effective, and high-quality internal audit service to clients, based on a sound understanding of the business needs and objectives. We are dedicated to improving the standard of corporate governance, risk management and internal control systems for Partners and Clients throughout the country. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to expand our Teams with Senior Auditors.
You Are
- Qualified as an Internal Auditor (CMIIA or CIA) or you meet the requirements for entry to the CIA qualification programme: 2:1 degree in any discipline, or Internal Audit Practitioner designation with the last 3 years or 5 years internal audit experience
- Experienced in internal audit delivery, including knowledge of IT audits
- Committed to delivering quality and improvement
- Enthusiastic to develop the use of data analytics and agile auditing
- A good communicator across all organisational levels
- Flexible, with a can-do attitude, and a collaborative approach to working
- Interested in professional development and continuous learning
- Happy to undertake some travel across the Council region and to other Partner sites
