About FlexTecs

At FlexTecs, we’re not your typical audit firm. We specialize exclusively in recovery auditing, helping global businesses recover lost profits from overpayments, missed discounts, and compliance errors. Our clients include some of the most recognizable names in retail and manufacturing.

We combine skilled professionals with proprietary technology to dive deep into supplier and AP/AR data, uncover hidden value, and deliver real results. But we don’t stop at fixing problems—we want to help prevent them. Our proactive approach to profit recovery sets us apart.

At FlexTecs, you’ll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking group that values meaningful work, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving. Your ideas will matter, your skills will grow, and your work will make a measurable impact.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Auditor to bring their know-how and creativity to our Audit Innovation Team. This role requires excellent analytical, investigative, and research abilities to ensure successful new project development while partnering across various teams and stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
