Audit Senior

Greater Manchester | Hybrid
Full-Time | Permanent | Competitive Salary + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Audit Senior to join a growing, forward-thinking accountancy and business advisory firm.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified audit professional looking to take greater ownership of audits, lead onsite teams and continue developing their career within a collaborative and progressive environment.

Working alongside experienced Managers and Directors, you'll be involved throughout the full audit lifecycle while building strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.

The Role

As an Audit Senior, you'll take an active role in the planning, execution and completion of external audits, working across a varied client portfolio that includes owner-managed businesses.

You'll lead audit teams onsite, act as a key point of contact for clients and support the development of trainees and semi-senior team members.

This role would suit someone who combines strong technical audit experience with excellent communication skills and genuinely enjoys getting to know their clients and understanding how their businesses operate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
