Senior AV Technician
We are looking for an experienced Senior AV Technician to join a high-profile corporate AV environment in London.
This is a senior, hands-on position combining technical AV support, live event delivery, team supervision and day-to-day service coordination. You will work across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, video conferencing facilities and event spaces, while also acting as a technical escalation point for other members of the onsite team.
The successful candidate will have strong corporate AV and events experience, excellent troubleshooting skills and the confidence to work directly with senior users and stakeholders.
Alongside your technical responsibilities, you will help coordinate workloads and resources, support the development of other technicians and contribute to the continued improvement of the AV service.
The role will also involve travel to support AV services and requirements across other locations, so candidates should be comfortable travelling when required. The original role specifies a London base with travel and responsibility across EMEA sites.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
