About IBA

IBA is a leading, award-winning and global independent aviation consultancy, advising a broad mix of lessors, financiers, investors, airlines, and civil aerospace clients. Supporting strategic investments, managing aircraft, advising on expansion, or driving efficiency improvements, our mix of intelligence gathering, analysis, proprietary data, technical expertise, and decades of aviation experience delivers value across aviation opportunities and challenges.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and analytically minded individual with a strong interest in aviation to join IBA’s growing Consulting team. Working within the Valuations and Consulting department and reporting to a Consulting Manager, the Analyst will support a wide range of projects, including strategic and market analysis, investment cases, airline and lessor due diligence, financial analysis, litigation support, risk management and sustainable aviation.

The role will also contribute to product development, business development and marketing activity, while helping to maintain and enhance key datasets and analytical models covering areas such as airline financial performance, aircraft delivery forecasts and aircraft emissions across IBA’s suite of subscription intelligence products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
