Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

Cambridge, Hybrid 3 days per week (with flex)
£80,000-£100,000 DOE

We’re working with an innovative technology business in Cambridge that develops software used within the chemical and process industries, helping organisations model, optimise and understand complex chemical processes.

They’re looking for a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to join their growing engineering team and take ownership of the infrastructure and platforms supporting their production applications.

The role

You’ll be hands on across cloud infrastructure, automation and deployment, working closely with software engineers to build reliable, secure and scalable production environments.

You’ll be working with:

  • Azure & Terraform
  • CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
  • Linux & Windows
  • Scripting & automation
  • OAuth2 & OIDC
  • Production infrastructure, troubleshooting and reliability

We’re looking for someone who has genuinely operated production environments and is comfortable taking ownership of infrastructure and solving complex technical problems.

Nice to have

  • C# /.NET
  • Experience working with AI / ML
  • Experience in a scientific, engineering or highly technical environment

If you’re a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong Azure and Terraform experience, I’d be keen to speak.
