Location: London

Working model: Flexible / Hybrid

Industry: Storage, Removals & Relocation

Experience: Ideally 5+ years in Storage, Removals, Relocation or a closely related sector

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven B2B Business Development Manager to help us build, develop and scale our B2B division across London.

This is not a traditional sales role focused on managing inbound enquiries or an existing client portfolio. We are looking for someone who can help us build the B2B segment from the ground up, identify the right commercial opportunities, open doors, win contracts and create a repeatable sales structure that can scale with the business.

The right person will understand the Storage & Removals industry, know how B2B contracts are won and have a proven track record of consistently generating new business.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Build and execute our B2B growth strategy across London
  • Identify and approach new commercial clients, partners and key decision-makers
  • Create and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial agreements and win new contracts
  • Develop long-term client relationships and grow recurring B2B revenue
  • Help create a structured and scalable sales process as the division grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Offices, Hospitality Groups and other businesses requiring ongoing storage or relocation services

We are also open to new sectors and opportunities identified by the successful candidate.

Who We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of Business Development / Sales experience, preferably within Storage, Removals, Relocation or a closely related industry
  • Proven experience winning B2B contracts and commercial accounts
  • A strong track record of generating new business consistently
  • Experience building your own pipeline rather than relying only on inbound leads
  • Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of growth targets

An existing network within Storage, Removals, Relocation, Property or related industries would be a significant advantage. However, having a network alone is not enough.
