Spanb2b is looking for an experienced Senior B2B Campaign Consultant
Spanb2b is looking for an experienced Senior B2B Campaign Consultant to support a growing portfolio of client work across demand generation, ABM and paid media.
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of client accounts and campaign workstreams from initial brief through to planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting.
You will work closely with our team, clients and specialist partners, helping to shape strong campaign approaches while making sure the detail, delivery and commercial management are equally well handled.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of selected client accounts and campaign workstreams, from initial brief through to planning, delivery, optimisation and reporting
- Build and shape B2B campaign approaches across demand generation, ABM and paid media, including media planning, partner recommendations and ensuring activity connects back to target accounts, pipeline and sales
- Manage day-to-day delivery across client calls, publishers and partners, timelines, actions, budgets, scope and quality control across plans, decks, reports and other client outputs
- Own campaign performance and reporting, turning data into useful insight and clear recommendations rather than simply presenting numbers back
- Be comfortable with the operational side of campaign delivery, including Convertr, lead flow, campaign tracking, data QA and making sure campaigns are set up and running as they should
- Be commercially switched on, with a clear understanding of margins and scope, spotting issues early, challenging where needed and identifying sensible opportunities to strengthen existing client programmes
- Use AI naturally as part of the role for research, analysis, reporting, first drafts, data interrogation and improving the speed and quality of the work

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About Spanb2b
Spanb2b is a B2B marketing agency helping marketing teams connect strategy, media, demand generation and sales more effectively.
We work across GTM strategy, ABM, paid media, content, measurement and enablement, with a strong focus on making sure activity connects back to target accounts, pipeline and commercial outcomes.
Our clients are predominantly B2B technology, financial services and professional services businesses, often with complex buying groups, long sales cycles and multi-market campaigns.
We are a small, senior team by design, working closely with clients and specialist partners rather than operating through layers of account management. That means the people shaping the strategy are also close to the delivery, performance and client conversations.
We are growing, but we want to stay lean, experienced and practical in how we work.
