About THINKINK

THINKINK is a specialist B2B communications agency that works with technology companies in the aviation, loyalty, payments, retail, sustainability and travel sectors. We help clients build and improve their brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and support commercial growth through integrated communications, media relations, research and content programs. Our clients and team members are located across North America, the UK, Europe and Australia.

We are looking for a senior marketing communications and PR professional with expertise in B2B travel and aviation technology and experience working directly with companies in these sectors. The position will manage a portfolio of agency accounts, owning strategy development and execution, media relations and PR counsel, and integrated communications that may include content, research, social and industry events. This is a remote position based in the UK or Europe.

About the role

This role requires specialist knowledge of the aviation and travel technology sectors, with at least 10 years of experience in combined marketing, communications and PR. As THINKINK provides services beyond PR, applicants must have proven marcomm experience to support our clients’ needs.

You will work directly with a portfolio of B2B aviation and travel technology clients as their main day-to-day account contact, translating their business priorities into clear communications strategies and programs. These might focus exclusively on earned media or be comprehensive, including a full range of content, marketing, social and research services, depending on their needs and budgets.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for both strategy and execution; you will develop proposals and plans, lead client discussions and strategy sessions and produce the work, supported by our content, creative, research and digital resources. You will be expected to manage accounts independently, earn client trust and take responsibility for the quality, progress and results of the agency’s work.

Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted communications counsel to clients, advising on messaging, campaigns, earned media and communications priorities.
  • Independently develop proposals, strategies, and plans to support their business goals.
  • Lead integrated communications planning and execution across earned media, content, social media, creative campaigns and industry events.
  • Develop the concepts and briefs for B2B content, marketing and media assets, work with writers and other contributors to produce them, and edit their work to a high standard, while also writing content directly when needed.
  • Develop and manage company and executive social media strategies, editorial calendars and platform-specific copy.
  • Develop proactive PR strategies and uncover compelling media narratives within clients’ expertise, data, products and market activity, shaping them into stories that support their communications and business goals.
  • Turn those narratives into timely pitches for relevant business, technology, aviation and travel trade media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the reporters, editors, analysts and influencers who cover commercial aviation and travel technology.
  • Evaluate conferences, speaking opportunities, awards and sponsorships, and develop the submissions and communications needed to support them.
  • Produce and present regular reports on communications activity, results and recommendations, using performance data to refine programs and demonstrate value to clients.
  • Closely monitor client satisfaction and account health, identifying scope, budget, delivery or relationship risks early and taking action to address them.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
