Expedia Group’s Integrated Marketing and Creative team is dedicated to developing innovative and effective global marketing across our loved travel brands and leading B2B businesses. Within this organization, the B2B Creative Project Management team is responsible for the flawless running and organization of our B2B Creative team and projects.
Senior B2B Creative Project Manager
As the Senior B2B Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing creative workflow, maintaining operational excellence, project management, forecasting, and resource allocation.
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-driven individual who is curious and eager to experiment with emerging tech and establish new ways of working as our team evolves. This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
In this role you will focus on:
Project Management
- Steward day-to-day project management of multiple brand design projects, serving as primary point of contact with creatives, business partners, stakeholders, and leaders.
- Work with business partners and stakeholders to ensure accurate briefs are provided, digging in to understand the creative team’s ask within each brief.
- Build project workback schedules for each of your projects and share with the appropriate creative team, business partners, and stakeholders.
- Anticipate and manage potential blockers across concept development, production, and delivery phases; flag to appropriate partners and proactively find solutions.
- Maintain detailed, clear, and proactive organization of your projects in project management software (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.), be the driving force to ensure creative is approved and delivered on time.
- Set up and lead project kick-off meetings, creative review meetings, and leadership review meetings; take and distribute detailed notes and action items in a timely manner.
- Operate with a sense of urgency and proactiveness to ensure work is completed according to deadlines.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, reviewing all work to ensure legal compliance and accuracy across all creative updates and revisions.
- Manage localization and relevant trackers to ensure creative is versioned properly.

Planning & Reporting
- Partner with business leaders to develop annual and quarterly forecasting and resource planning, incorporating AI-owned, contracted, and FTE capacity into resourcing models.
- Manage project intake for your line of business, assessing resourcing and prioritization needs.
- Report regularly on team capacity and utilization to support proactive resourcing and prioritization calls with business leaders.
- Maintain a real-time view of team capacity and workload across creatives and freelancers, flagging over- or under-allocation to inform resourcing decisions.
AI-Enabled Workflows
- Architect creative workflow processes and agentic tools, partnering with Creative Tech to build repeatable AI-enabled workflows that drive efficiency for the PM function and Creative team.
- Triage and route project intake across human, hybrid, and AI-enabled production paths based on repeatability, timeline, and brand risk.
- Establish and maintain RACI for projects involving AI-assisted production, ensuring clear ownership across creative, Creative Tech, and business stakeholders.
- Define and enforce human-in-the-loop QA checkpoints for AI-generated or AI-assisted creative before it reaches stakeholder or legal review.
- Own naming conventions, asset taxonomy, and DAM hygiene to support AI-enabled versioning, reuse, and performance measurement.
- Support creative team enablement on new AI tools and workflows—documentation, training sessions, and troubleshooting first-line support.
Ways of Working
- Work across UK and US timezones, with hours skewed toward early US (West Coast) mornings/later UK evenings to maximize overlap with both offices.
Experience and Qualifications:
- A project management professional with 6+ years experience in creative project management within an agency or brand-side creative organization.
- Well versed in managing creative delivery across all channels (brand guidelines, email, web, programmatic, CRM, OOH, print, etc.).
- Familiar with managing a large cross-functional team of stakeholders and driving alignment across all aspects of a creative project.
- An effective and concise communicator.
- Proven success in large-scale projects that include multiple teams.
- Adept at managing vendor partnerships with agencies and freelancers.
- Resilient and constructive when faced with change; able to shift approaches when needed in response to unexpected events and circumstances.
- Thrives on maintaining organization, finding efficiencies, and building, improving, and simplifying processes.

Tools & AI Fluency:
- Experienced in working with project management software/tools, specifically Jira and Smartsheet.
- Experienced in working with presentation software/tools, specifically PowerPoint and Figma.
- Comfortable operating in node-based or agentic AI workflows (e.g., Figma Weave, Comfy-style tools).
- Experience standing up or improving RACI, governance, or QA frameworks for cross-functional production.
