About this role

As a Senior Marketing Executive in our B2B division, you will be a key player in a team dedicated to empowering our partners across the UK & Ireland. You will support impactful campaigns that help our restaurant and grocery partners grow, delivering ambitious targets to align with our wider UK business.

We value teamwork to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will care deeply about the partner experience, stepping into their shoes to provide solutions that matter. You’ll work across various projects requiring creative thinking, data analysis and strategic thinking within the marketing department.

Key components to the position:

  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to refine and activate incentives and campaigns to boost Partner satisfaction.
  • Understand our independent Partners by getting to know their business, challenges and opportunities through research, insights/ data, interviews and learning from others across the business.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to lead on content across our comms channels and explore test and learn plans to ensure the most effective way to engage our Partners.
  • Break down silos by understanding wider areas of the business, particularly working with the account management team to help build out marketing plans.
  • Track performance of campaigns/ offers/ projects by evaluating what has worked and where optimisations can be made.
  • Work closely with copywriters, designers and agencies to brief and review work critically.
  • Share work with other stakeholders for review and keep them informed of any changes to ensure clarity.
  • Be goal-focused - analysing incoming briefs to make sure the outcome hits our wider objectives, considering KPIs and results throughout.
  • Timeline management, delivering projects in full and on time.
  • Budget support and management of own smaller project budgets and POs.

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, organised and detail-oriented is a must.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of our internal teams and external partners.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to simplify language and create clarity for all audiences.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (B2B experience is a bonus)
  • Broad knowledge of other marketing channels is a bonus; TV, OOH, PR
  • Interest and understanding of AI in the workplace is a bonus.
  • A collaborative spirit, ready to lift others up and grow through daily feedback.
  • Proven ability to make quick, data-driven decisions to maximise campaign impact.
