We’ve partnered exclusively with a fast-growing wellness brand who have an established and growing B2B channel across wellness, hospitality, retail, and functional health.
As the business continues to scale, they’re looking for an experienced Senior B2B Partnerships & Account Manager to take greater ownership across key accounts, new business, and commercial growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building strong relationships but is equally comfortable being commercially accountable, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue.
The Role
- You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key B2B accounts while also playing a major role in developing new partnerships and growing the wider channel.
- You’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships and founders, helping shape commercial plans, improve account performance, and identify new opportunities across the UK and internationally.
This role would suit someone who has already built strong experience in B2B account management, partnerships, or business development and now wants more ownership and influence within a growing brand.
What You’ll Own
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B partners and commercial accounts.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop account growth plans focused on increasing revenue, distribution, and engagement.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and wider commercial opportunities across existing accounts.
- Lead new business conversations from initial outreach through to commercial agreement.
- Research and develop new partnership opportunities across wellness, hospitality, retail, and functional health.
- Create proposals, presentations, and commercial packages.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support pricing discussions.
- Monitor account performance and use data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop activations and initiatives to improve sell-through and partner engagement.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and the wider team to deliver partner activity successfully.
- Help improve B2B processes, systems, and ways of working as the channel scales.
- Support and mentor more junior members of the B2B team where required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
